Insurance

When you take a contract with us and select a phone the insurance is automatically selected. If you don't want the insurance you can easaly de-activate it as you go through the process. However this we don't recommend due to the high rate of theft our customers have experienced in the past. In addition the cost of the insurance is only €3,95 / month plus sales tax. This option is only available at sign up.

You may not claim more than once in any six (6) month period. Also please note that in order to claim under the insurance policy you will need to provide a police report (denuncia de robo) for the theft - available from any police station (comiseria).
