At Bright we try and make it easy for you to become a customer and when it's time for you to leave, we try to make this simple as well.
To get a contract with us you don't even have to come into store. You can sign up in 3 easy steps and then sit back and relax. The next working day your phone/ SIM card will arrive by messanger. Now that is simple!
The easiest way to become a client is to sign up online by just clicking "Sign Up" above and going through the 4 steps. You can select a make and model of the phone you want (we only display phones that we have in stock at that precice moment) or just go for a SIM card you can use with an existing phone. Then you can select a voice plan and a data plan if you want one, or it's required due to your phone you selected. Next we collect some personal details from you and then you are ready to check out. If you want you can choose to have the phone sent to your Spanish address or you can collect it in store.
Obviosly if you'd reather come into store to carry out the process then this is fine. We are open 10 am to 8 pm every week day, Saturdays from10 am to 6 pm and closed each Sunday and official holidays.
To sign up you don't need the following:-
All you need is a valid email address and a way to pay the deposit and activatioin fee. That's it!
Then when it's time to leave all you have to do is to return the SIM card. If you don't even want ot do that just email us and let us know when you want your service to stop and we'll deactivate it then. We charge you 10€ for the missing SIM card, but we'll take that out off the deposit we're holding for you. Once any outstanding charges have been deducted from your deposit we'll send you back the remaider any way you want, less handling charges e.g the average bank charge for returning money to a European bank account is 3€.
One bit of good news is that we don't charge cancellation fees if you stop a contract early, which would be quite difficult as most contracts are only 3 months long and then act on a rolling month basis. All we need is that you pay the minimum commitment for the months you will not be with us. Can't say fairer than that!
