Call connection fee, billing & IVA
What is the connection charge?
All the operators in Spain charge a connection fee.
Our connection charge for national calls within Spain is €0.15, which is the same as all major operators. If you have activated direct international calls with us the connection fee for international calls is 0.45€.
International calls using our 800 service and the international calling card, are national calls, and therefore charged with a national connection fee.
How are my calls billed regarding time?
All calls are billed by the second from the first second.
IVA
All Bright prices quoted anywhere are always excluding IVA, apart from our phone prices and calling cards. IVA is a national sales tax and is currently charged at 16%.
