Each month we email out a summary of your bill to the email address we have on file for you. This is between the 10th and 15th of each month. To view all the details behind the bills simply login to the members area. If you want to analyse your phone bill you can download it in Excel format from the members area.
Bills have to be paid within 5 days of the bill email being sent out. If you do make a payment by one of the methods listed then your service will be restricted. A reconnection fee of 5€ applies.
You can pay in one of 5 other ways:
1.On-line using with your credit card system. Simply login to the “members area” of our website with your email address and password and click on “make a payment”.
2.In any La Caixa. Our account number is 2100 3406 38 2200125031.
3.Come into our office, or have someone come into the office for you. Our hours are Monday-Friday 10-19, Saturday 10-18.
4.By international transfer to our Spanish account. (Please note you must meet any bank charges incurred)

No, unfortunately the information is not available until after the month has ended. We do have a system of consumption limits that helps you control your spending.
