Consumption limit

When you sign up with Bright you decide how much call deposit you would like to give us. You can choose between 50, 100, 150 and 200€. This is the limit we will apply to your accoount for any individual month.

You should receive a text message when you have reached 80% and another at 100% (of your deposit calculated at Orange’s rates, which are slightly different from ours but serve as an indication). In order to ensure uninterrupted service, please make a prepayment of €50 towards your next bill. If we have not received any prepayment before you receive the second text, we will restrict your service until we receive this prepayment. It is important to remember that the sms are based on Orange’s rates excluding IVA, and are therefore not your actual bill amount.

If you have a 50, 100 or 150€ call deposit with us and you regulaly hit the limit each month, it might be a good idea to increase it by 50€.

 

Please Note: The comsumption limit is a guide for customers and us. It is not a guaranteed service. Please don't assume that you can call non-stop and if you haven't received the sms you haven't reached your limit. All services will have to be paid for even if the consumption sms was not sent by the network for whatever reason.
