Should you be so unlucky as to lose your phone or have it stolen, you have three ways in which you can block your line:
►Call Bright on 932386727 during our opening hours, which are Monday-Friday 10-19 and Saturday 10-18.
►Call Orange on 656001471 (available 24/7). You will hear an automated Spanish voice, just ignore this and push 3. A person will come on the line and ask how they can help. Unfortunately nobody there speaks English, but if you tell them your phone is “perdido” [lost], they will ask for the owner of this line. Our name with Orange is Mobile High S.L. In case they ask, our address is Calle Lincoln 1, our CIF is B63232433.
►Finally, you can block you line on-line by logging into the members area at www.customers.thebrightco.com/members. If you have lost your password, just click on “lost password”. Please be aware that using this method it can take up to 24 hours to block the line.
Any calls made until the line is blocked are your responsibility.
We can then activate you a new SIM Cards with your existing number. We can mail this to you or you can come into store and collect it. If you need a new phone you can buy any of our models in store.
