We ask all our customers to pay a fully refundable deposit of between 50€ and 200€, depending how much you want to spend each month, when they sign up. The deposit will be refunded after you have terminated your contract and all outstanding amounts have been paid for.
All deposits are fully refundable. Once all outstanding bills are paid and, in the case of rental customers, equipment returned. Quite a few of our customers ask us to use some of their deposit(s) to clear their final bill and then we refund the remainder. All remaining deposits are returned at the end of the month in which you receive your LAST phone bill.
The Contract Deposit is a security deposit for the company. It is payable on order and is fully refundable at the end of your contract, once all outstanding charges have been paid
This is a deposit against either a phone and or SIM card we rent you for your time in Spain. It is fully refundable at the end of your contract, once all outstanding charges have been paid.
This is a deposit we require from all our customers who would like the roaming, direct international calls or GPRS service activated on the phone. Roaming enables calls and sms to be made and received while you are out of Spain. These calls and sms are more expensive than when you are in Spain, since you are also charged by the provider whose lines you use in the visited country, which is why an additional deposit is required.
The direct international calls service allows you to make calls internationally.
GPRS allows you to use data on the phone.
The extra deposit for these services is fully refundable after the bill containing the extra charges has been paid.
