How to change your call plan or discounted numbers
At any time during your contract you may change your call plan. This change becomes effective from the start of the following month.
You can change your discounted numbers (Mi Amigo and Mi Grupo numbers) at any time. These become effiective once we have had the chance to add them to our discount group. Please remember that only Orange mobile numbers, including Bright numbers, and Spanish fixed lines can be added as discount numbers. If you add numbers that are not in these groups you will not receive the discount you are expecting.
You can change your plan and your discount numbers online in the members area 24 hours a day.
