How to terminate your contract

Ending your contract is really quite simple: you can terminate your contract by giving us 30 days notice. All we need is the SIM card back. If you have rented a phone from us, we need the phone and the charger back as well.

You can either come into our office to return this to us, or you can send it to us at Calle Lincoln 1, 08006 Barcelona. We are open Monday-Friday 10-19 and Saturday 10-18. We do not close for lunch.

If for some reason you are unable to return the SIM card, we will charge €10 for a replacement.

As soon as we have the last phone bill for your account (normally around the 15th of the following month), we will return any remaining deposit to you. If you paid by credit card we will refund this directly to your card. This will happen automatically, and you will not be contacted beforehand. If you paid in cash we will need your Spanish or international bank account details. You will receive an e-mail a few days after you receive the last bill with the information of how much we will be returning to you, and what details we need. Unfortunately Bright is unable to subsidise banking fees incurred sending money internationally-  these must be met by the customer - but if you would prefer to have your deposit returned via PayPal (often free) to your bank account please let us know.

Please note that the deposit will ONLY be used to pay your last bill. This deposit will have no influence on any of the bills as long as your contract is still active with Bright.
