Which network do you use?

We use the Orange network.

What is the network coverage like?

There are three networks operating in Spain and they all have practically identical coverage. We use Orange. They have the contract to supply the Spanish emergency services.

What if I don't have coverage in my flat?

Should you have a problem with coverage in your flat the please email info@thebrightco.com with a description of the incidence and your full address including postcode. We will them pass this on to the technical department. When this has happened in the past it is usually because an antenna in the area had been taken out of service for repairs and therefore reduced the service levels. Once reinstated the problem went away. If the problem persists you can alway buy a signal boster to improve things. Click here for more details.
