Can I use my phone outside of Spain?
All our phones work anywhere in Europe, and most of them work anywhere in the world. However, due to the high roaming prices we will only activate this service if we receive another 100€ deposit from you.
Please remember that as soon as you leave Spain, you will be charged roaming prices. This means you will be charged the local Spanish price, as well as the use of the country's lines - roaming. Within the EU, this is a minimum of 70cents per minute! Receiving calls will also be charged through roaming, as well as sending and receiving sms's. For more details, see the Orange roaming website.
Please remember that we require an extra deposit if you wish to have this service activated.
How long is my phone guaranteed for?
Your phone has a manufacturer's warranty of 1 year.
