What is the connection charge?
All the operators in Spain charge a connection fee. Our connection charge for national calls within Spain is 0.15€ . If you have activated direct international calls with us the connection fee for international calls is 0.45€.
The calls to our 800 service and the calling card, are national calls, and therefore charged with a connection fee of either 0.15€

By the second from the first second..
Does it cost to receive calls or call voicemail?
When you are within Spain there are no costs for both these call types. However if you are roaming they are both chargeable.
Does it cost money to receive sms's when I am abroad?
As soon as you leave Spain you will be charged roaming prices. This means you will be charged the local Spanish price, as well as the use of the country's lines - roaming. This goes for sms's, calls, e-mails etc. The price varies, depending on the country you are visiting, the service chosen in the country etc. Within the EU, the charge for calls is a minimum of 70cents per minute! What are the premium rate numbers in Spain and how much do they cost?
Premium rate numbers start with 901, 903, 903 etc. The cost of the call is set by the owner of the number and can be as high are 1€ per minute.
Is sales tax included in the cost on the site?
We have not included the sales tax in the costs on the site to avoid confusion, as this is the way the market here displays its prices. The only exceptions are the mobile phone purchase prices. These do include sales tax. Sales tax, otherwise know as IVA is currently 16% on mobile services and products.
