Voice plans

The rates above apply 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All prices and exclusive of IVA (16%)

All plans are charged by the second from the first second. A connection fee applies to all calls. National calls and calls to our 800 service numbers are chaged at 0.15€ and international calls have a fee of 0.45€.

Below is a simple description of the concepts used above.

Consumer Minimum

This is the amount you are committing to spend with us on calls and sms each month, not including data plans, insurance or sales tax.

Standard Rate Calls

These are calls made to any other fixed or mobile phones from any network in Spain. Spain includes not only mainland Spain but also the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.

Standard rate calls are charged at the same rate 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The call rate depends on the plan that you choose.

The tariffs for national calls include all local calls and do not include special or premium rate numbers e.g. 90x numbers, however 800 and 900 is always free to call.

bright network calls

bright network calls are all the calls you make to other bright customers, while you are in Spain.

MiAmigo calls

You can choose one number, either another bright number or another Orange mobile number in Spain or a fixed line number in Spain, and then get calls for 0.02€ per minute and sms for 0.09€ each.

MiGrupo calls

You can choose 3 numbers to be part of your group, like the MiAmigo number the numbers need to be either another bright number or another Orange mobile number in Spain or a fixed line number in Spain, and then get calls for 0.03€ /min.

Free bright minutes

All our plans include a certain amount of free bright minutes per month. When you call another bright customer you will be charged a connection charge of 0.15€ and then you will start to use up your free minutes. The maximum time for a free call is 20 minutes, so if you want to continue to talk for free and you have free minutes left, you just need to hang up the call and dial again.

Free international minutes

All our plans include a certain amount of free international minutes per month. To use these minutes you need to call the 800 service number you can find on your contract. When you call the 800 number you will be charged a connection charge of 0.15€ and then you will start to use up your free minutes. The maximum time for a free call is 20 minutes, so if you want to continue to talk for free and you have free minutes left, you just need to hang up the call and dial again. The free international minutes apply to 40 countries and normally only include the fixed lines in these countries. For a full list of the included countries click here.
