Manios Digital & Cartoni – U.S. Market Expansion & Revenue Acceleration

Situation
Premium European production brands and their North American distributor were seeking structured US market growth and stronger positioning.

Task
Build a cohesive brand identity, standardize global product launches, identify and strategically manage influencer and end-user community, and implement a scalable, repeatable marketing infrastructure to drive sustained revenue growth.

  • For Manios Digital and Cartoni USA, they were competing against bigger companies with more marketing dollars as well knock off brands. For them, showcasing the incredible warmth that a handmade family brand offers its customers was the cornerstone of our online strategy. We partnered with filmmakers in our community to help showcase how they use the products and put personality behind the brand. This video was part of a larger campaign we ran online during the pandemic to help promote filmmakers as well as how the products were being used in the field. At the top of the page, the slideshow illustrates pages from a new product brochure, advertisements that we developed to modernize the look of the brand and more importantly help visually differentiate their products. This was especially important in a marketplace that has a lot of competition or where its difficult for customers and channel partners to understand the difference between products because they look similar.
